All digital photographs and videos ("Assets") are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of Cooperstown Dreams Park. Purchasing or downloading any Asset does not transfer copyright ownership, title, or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Upon full payment, the purchaser ("Licensee") is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Asset(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with this policy.

Permitted personal uses include:

• Printing and viewing for personal display (e.g., home, office, or as a personal gift).
• Use in private, non-public digital collections.

The Licensee may not, under any circumstances:

• Alter, crop, edit, manipulate, or remove any watermark, copyright notice, or identifying information from the Asset.
• Use the Asset for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, resale, merchandise, or promotional use.
• Upload, post, or share the Asset on any social media, website, blog, or other public monetized platform for commercial use.
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or gift the Asset to any third party, in whole or in part.
• Use the Asset in any way that could reasonably be considered defamatory, obscene, immoral, or that violates the rights of any person or entity.

Each Asset may contain a visible or embedded watermark or metadata identifying Cooperstown Dreams Park as the copyright holder.

• Watermarks must not be removed or obscured under any circumstances.
• If attribution is required (e.g., for authorized print publication), it must appear as: "© Cooperstown Dreams Park. All rights reserved."

Assets purchased under this agreement are strictly for private, non-public display. Commercial, editorial, or public-facing use (including use on social media, company websites, advertisements, or promotional materials) requires a separate written commercial license issued by Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or alteration of an Asset constitutes a violation of copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and may result in civil penalties, statutory damages, and attorney's fees.

Cooperstown Dreams Park reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for infringement or breach of this policy.

Cooperstown Dreams Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Asset(s).

This license automatically terminates if any term of this policy is violated. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease using the Asset(s) and destroy all copies in their possession.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NY without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York.

By purchasing or downloading any Asset from Cooperstown Dreams Park, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Digital Asset Purchase & Usage Policy.
