Return Policy

Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

With a receipt: Any return item accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.

Without a receipt: Refunds and exchanges made without receipts, will reflect the last "on sale" price within the last 30 days, plus applicable sales tax. 

Cooperstown Dreams Park does not refund shipping and handling charges, unless the refund is due to our error.

Return Merchandise by Mail to: Cooperstown Dreams Park, ATTN: Returns, 4648 State Highway 28, Cooperstown, New York 13326 or use the provided return label. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and the provided exchange form. If you do not have your invoice or exchange form, please enclose your name, address and credit card account number plus the approximate date of purchase with the item.  

When returning a damaged item to Cooperstown Dreams Park, please call the UPS Damage Claim # at (877) 524-4498.  Also notify Cooperstown Dreams Park of the return. Please contact us at (607) 547-4061.
